Lydia the receptionist went out of her way to welcome us. She was wonderful! We only had one night before a 7 o’clock flight. She organised a picnic breakfast, she gave us an upgrade as we are silver members and because we had issues with our booking. Very convenient location to town. Pool was warm, sauna and steam room were great. Very pleased
